Julia is a shamanic artist who creates meditation paintings and other art work including altars and collages - her paintings are generally as a result of meditation with plants and are of plants. Her work is not meant to be viewed as "art" but as a focal point for meditation. They are created in ceremony using alchemical techniques to infuse the paint with magical substances such as peyote, plant oils and other natural materials.
